Flowing stretches to help relieve tension and stress, improve posture, and prepare the body for safe and effective exercise
We start each class with a series of flowing stretches designed to relieve muscle and joint stiffness, improve posture, and prepare the body for proper mechanics in movement and exercise. This class is intentionally crafted to feel relieving and inviting—making it something employees look forward to. Our unique style of dynamic stretching offers instant relief from daily physical and mental stress.
Goal: Reduce tension, improve postural alignment, and prime the body for better performance and injury prevention throughout the workday and in workouts.
Low and high-intensity interval training for full-body conditioning
This dynamic, all-levels class blends bodyweight and weighted exercises in timed intervals to strengthen and tone the entire body. Designed for maximum efficiency, our trainers offer easy, moderate, and advanced versions of each movement so everyone can participate confidently—whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete.

Whether using dumbbells, resistance bands, machines, or just bodyweight, our strength classes focus on building lean muscle, improving joint health, and increasing metabolism. Exercises are scaled to meet all ability levels, with special attention to form, safety, and modifications for those with injuries or mobility limitations.

Dynamic, breath-centered movement for strength, mobility, and stress relief
All-Level Yoga Flows are dynamic yet accessible classes that focus on posture, breath, and functional movement. These flows are customized to meet the wide range of abilities in a corporate setting, offering modifications for beginners while still challenging experienced participants. The emphasis is on improving posture, reducing back and neck discomfort, and restoring mobility from repetitive desk-related movements.

This class blends traditional core conditioning with the proven principles of Floor Pilates to create a powerful, low-impact training experience. My purpose in life is to help others, both inside and outside of work.
For over two decades, I’ve helped employees and organizations thrive through thoughtfully designed corporate wellness programs. With more than 40,000 hours of coaching experience, I bring a human-centered approach to group fitness, injury prevention, and sustainable performance, grounded in fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness.
I specialize in leading inclusive strength, cardio, and mobility classes that help relieve stress, improve posture, and build long-term physical resilience, particularly for employees who navigate long hours, high stress, and sedentary work. Whether indoors or outside, from functional strength training to kickboxing and nature-based workouts, I design every session to meet people where they are, physically and mentally.
My programs also incorporate nutrition education, postural efficiency, and mindfulness techniques to support whole-person health in a practical, accessible way. I guide employees in making smarter food choices, planning meals, reading labels, and even meditating, all to create sustainable, healthy routines.
What sets me apart is my ability to connect with people on a truly personal level. Living with bipolar one disorder and having faced mental health challenges since childhood, I know firsthand how powerful wellness practices can be. That personal journey drives my passion for helping others feel supported, empowered, and seen, no matter where they’re starting from.

My mission is to help people of all ages feel strong, capable, and confident.
Coach Kaily is an energetic personal trainer from San Diego with a lifelong love for movement - from swimming and skating to weightlifting and functional training. After discovering the empowering benefits of weight training, she made it her mission to help people of all ages feel strong, capable, and confident.
With hands-on education in weight training, fitness nutrition, and movement for special populations, Kaily believes movement is medicine for the body and mind. She specializes in weight loss, muscle building, and improving mobility and flexibility. She is passionate about training for longevity, pain prevention, and independence, not just appearance.
Kaily enjoys a variety of activities, including weightlifting, yoga, rock climbing, and circuit training. She’s a 2x nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor who now emphasizes functional fitness for real-life strength and health.
He’s very welcoming and inclusive in his style. He doesn’t push you to a point where you feel you might get injured. He’s mindful of healthy movements and correct form.
